Upon enrollment in our program, adult clients have an initial meeting with their case manager and/or shelter manager. During this meeting, we assess their specific needs and connect them to relevant resources. We assist clients in obtaining vital records essential for accessing health and child services, securing employment, and finding stable housing, ensuring they have the necessary documentation to move forward successfully.
Family and Child Services
Children who face homelessness often endure not only the instability of their situation but also significant emotional and physical health challenges. Their academic progress can be hindered, and their well-being compromised. At Opportunity Place, our dedicated Case Manager and Youth Services Coordinator are committed to understanding and addressing these complex needs. They carefully identify areas where expert intervention is crucial and work closely with parents to connect children with the best possible resources. Our goal is to ensure that each child receives the compassionate, individualized support they need to overcome obstacles and find hope for a brighter future.
